What Farelark is, right now
A marketing website, a waitlist form, and this set of terms. The mobile app is in development and is not yet available. Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account, doesn't reserve anything you can spend, and doesn't guarantee you access at launch — it just means we'll email you when early access opens.
Who runs it
Farelark is operated by an individual founder based in India. Contact: hello@farelark.com. If and when we incorporate, we'll update this page with the entity name and registered address.
Using the website
- Use the site for your own, non-commercial interest in Farelark.
- Don't scrape the waitlist form, submit fake emails, or try to break the service.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the hosted back end, flood the form, or use Farelark infrastructure as a test target.
If you break these rules we may block your IP, remove your email from the waitlist, or both — at our discretion.
Your waitlist entry
- Give a real email you check. If the address bounces, we'll remove it.
- You can ask us to remove your entry any time by emailing hello@farelark.com. We'll do it within 7 working days.
- Being on the waitlist doesn't grant you any rights to the Farelark product or IP — it's just a mailing list for a launch notification.
No warranties, pre-launch
The website and waitlist are provided as-is. We make no promises that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time. We may change, pause, or shut the waitlist at any point, including before launch. If we do, we'll notify everyone on the waitlist by email.
Intellectual property
The Farelark name, the radar-crosshair mark, the wordmark, the editorial layout of this site, and the copy are ours. Don't copy the visual identity to represent another product. The typefaces used (Fraunces, Instrument Sans, JetBrains Mono) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License — credit to the respective type designers.
Third-party services
The waitlist form stores sign-ups on Supabase. Their use of your data is covered by Supabase's own terms and our Privacy Policy. Google Fonts is used to load type; their privacy practices apply to requests made to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farelark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim related to the pre-launch site is limited to ₹100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes
We'll update these terms when the product changes materially — typically at launch. We'll notify everyone on the waitlist by email before any change that affects them.
